Visit the wimph Login / Register page, click the registration option, and fill in your basic details — name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You will then be guided through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which requires a valid government-issued ID to confirm your identity and age. Once verified, your wimph account is ready to use.

Visit the wimph Login page and click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address associated with your wimph account and you will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. No. Each player is permitted to hold only one wimph account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of wimph's Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name, please contact support immediately.

Some personal details — such as your registered name and date of birth — cannot be changed after KYC verification, as they are tied to your verified identity. Other details, such as your contact number, email address, or preferred payment method, can be updated through your Account Settings.
