You may be required to submit copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You warrant that all information provided to wimph is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wimph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
wimph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wimph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wimph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
wimph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if wimph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to breach, wimph will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements.
You may close your wimph account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the wimph Platform, you should contact wimph's customer support team in the first instance. wimph will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
All disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. wimph's decision on game-related disputes, made after review of server logs and game records, shall be final and binding.
For unresolved disputes, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. wimph cooperates fully with regulatory investigations and dispute resolution processes.
wimph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wimph will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the wimph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.
